"The whole team at JP's office are amazing! I've had to make a few claims over the years and they are so professional and quick to help me and get me back on the road. Being local helps a lot because I know I can talk to them in person. I don't have to wait for "a representative to call me back". They will call and check on me, ask about how my family is doing and to make sure they are doing what they promised. If I have any issues they make sure that at the end of the conversation all of my questions are answered and I am happy. I recently had a need for road side assistance and in no time at all there was help sent out to me and I received not one but two calls insuring I was safe and taken care of. I've never had this type of caring from an insurance company and I've been a driver for over 30 years."
